Happy New Year

If I want to have my Aran cardigan finished by the end of 2008, I have to knit half a sleeve, seam it, and then get it set in. Today. I don’t know – it’s going to be close.

Looking Back

It’s been a heck of a knitting year!
The totals?

15 sweaters/tops
10 scarves and shawls
6 pairs of socks
5 pairs of gloves/mittens/mitts
and a few miscellaneous items.

Whew!

FO: Holly and Poinsettia Mittens

I had these finished in the afternoon on Christmas Eve, so I was able to wear them to a holiday party, where they appropriately received lots of ooohs and aaahs.
