I was excited to see Heather’s blog post yesterday of “It’s Tulip Time“, as tulips are my favorite flower and I was expecting to see some tulip eye candy. Well, I did, but not the kind I expected. Instead of flowers, it was a really cute little baby cardigan.
But later in the day I was grocery shopping, and I spied these little beauties. How could I resist? The tulips in my garden are only just starting to peek their little leaf tips out of the ground, so it will be quite a while before I have tulips in the yard. At least for a while I can have them in my kitchen.
Cabled Sheep lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she enjoys knitting, cooking, and munching veggies out of the garden. She never tires of Utah's glorious landscape.

Aren’t they the cheeriest flowers? I can’t wait until they’re blooming in the yard.

I love pink tulips. And yellow.
My favorite are Hyacinths. Nothing says spring and Easter more than that smell.
