Gift Exchange

For the Salt Lake SnB anniversary coming up in January, we’re doing a one-skein project gift exchange, which will take place on January 8th.
I decided to grab the bull by the horns, and get it done right away. My project was finished on Tuesday.

I don’t care for the blue at all. The gold isn’t bad, but it’s a bit masculine. I think I’m leaning towards the last one, with just the grays.

One of the items I like to have for parties is the Meza Sicilian Bruschetta I get at Costco. It’s a mixture of tomatoes, garlic, and green and black olives.

Decisions, Decisions

I’m planning for my Elizabeth Zimmermann EPS Cardigan, and I currently have a burgundy for the body of the sweater, plus black, white, and two grays. I can’t decide whether to use just the neutral tones with the main color, or to introduce another color. What do you think?

Shifting Sands

I’ve started the “Shifting Sands” scarf pattern in the Velvet Grapes Malabrigo from Lauren, to match the Foliage hat I just finished. (The color in this photo is much closer to the real color of the yarn than the hat photo.)
