Red Sox

My last FO of the year (actually, I only have one done as of this morning, but the other will be finished today, I promise!)
These are baby socks for my niece’s son, due in mid-January. As they live in Boston, it seems appropriate for them to be red.
Pattern: Pieces of Eight, by Susan Pierce Lawrence.
Yarn: Artyarns Ultramerino 4, color 115.
Needles: 2.5mm (US 1.5)
The pattern is all based on calculations of 8, so it’s very easy to follow and memorize. Thanks, Susan, for another great pattern!
