Creminelli

Published September 26, 2007 by cheryl

Today’s article in the Salt Lake Tribune about Creminelli sausage and salami was incredibly timely. Just last night I was telling some of the SnB crowd how amazingly fabulous the “Rigatonialla Rustica” pasta dish was at Caffe Niche - that the sausage in it was some of the best I’d ever tasted. It just happens, of course, to be Creminelli sausage. Not that I could remember that last night, but as soon as I saw the article this morning, I remembered that’s what it was. I’m tellin’ ya, it’s awesome.

Oh, and if you go to Caffe Niche, or Tony Caputo’s, or Wild Oats… get yourself some Ciao Bella Sorbet.  Especially the coconut.

Wow, this blog entry reminds me of how little I get out… =) Creminilli sausage, ay? I wonder if I can find that in our local stores…

I told my boss about the sausages this morning and he knew exactly what I was talking about.

That sounds so delicious. I have been meaning to come and see you all at the coffee shop and do some crocheting. However I have had so many gigs, and this weekend I have an audition. Hopefully in two weeks I will be able to make it.
