Here’s the back of the Curved Shawl – not the greatest photo, but my husband was just leaving for work. You can see that there are larger “holes” where the border joins shawl at the bottom where the cast-on edge was, compared to picking up stitches along the side edges

Umm, I don’t think I would have seen it had you not pointed it out! Don’t do that at the wedding!
I really like the way the bottom curves gently downwards. It’s very pretty and wearable!
It’s a lovely bit of a slip of a thing, perfect for skimming sun-kissed shoulders as the smashing aunt.
What holes? That’s why they call it lace dahlink!
