New Project

I cast on yesterday for the Seaweed Wrap. I coveted Margene’s from the first time I saw it (and it’s on her blog today). It’s huge and fluffy, and the yarn is amazing - such beautiful flecks of color. I had planned to make it in a different color than hers, but I just couldn’t pass up the Tormentil.
And speaking of Margene, here’s a couple of photos just for her. She’ll know why. Arches National Park, circa 1971:

Wow, 1971?? Gorgeous…
Ooo, don’t you just love secrets;-)
You are going to LOVE Seaweed….I wearing her now…maybe I need another wool shawl!
I love that wrap, too! I need to put that on the list for this winter!
That is a beautiful wrap. Wow. Have fun making that! I’ve got to make the Moonlit Eve vest first. lol
Wow. Those are beautiful pictures. I’m going to go check out the Seaweed Wrap now =)
