Progress on Carla

Carla blocking
Here’s my progress on Carla, the sleeveless polo I’m knitting from Debbie Bliss Summer Essentials. The back is done and blocking, so I’m ready to cast on for the front. That “mottled” look in the photo is just because it’s damp. I’m using Debbie Bliss Cathay. It’s my first experience with this yarn (which I got on sale at Webs), and so far it seems nice. I have to be a little careful not to split it, but it has a nice sheen and drape. Or at least it did before I washed it, we’ll see how it looks after blocking.
