Blackberry cobbler. Berries from Costco, recipe from Allrecipes. Hot out of the oven. Soon to be topped, of course, with a bit of vanilla ice cream. What could be finer on a chilly, rainy, February evening.

One of my favourites too, but I have to have condensed milk on mine - I think it is something I got from my grandparents - my Granddad even had it on his All Bran breakfast cereal

I bought blackberries from Costco too–with the best of intentions. But I ate them all, along with my one year old. They were so good!
